The Retort Addition and Renovation of the south section of the plant started in June 2004 and attained substantial completion Spring 2005. This project included three phases; Basket Storage, Retail, and Retort Addition.

ICS has completed several Arcoplast projects for Clay Park Labs over the past few years. It has turned into an ongoing upgrade of their walls and ceilings, starting in the most critical areas and working out into the rest of the plant.

ICS completed a challenging Arcoplast for John Morrell. A 130' long x 16' high glazed block wall in a processing area. The wall needed to be furred out before we could line the walls with Arcoplast Antimicrobial wall liners. We had a 24 to 36 hour window each weekend to unload, set up, work, tear down, clean up, and reload.

In April 2003, ICS started the largest project in company history with a 12 phase project for Double D Foods. Double D Foods was adding a new production line and new ovens that would need additional space on the interior of the plant as well as two additions to the plant.

This cooler ceiling was our second Arcoplast Ceiling Liner project for Land O'Lakes. This ceiling comprised of panels 8' wide x 15'-8" long and was on the third floor of the building. We manuevered the panels into the building through a knockout panel on the third floor. Sealing off the cooler from the rest of the ceiling allowed production to operate continually throughout the duration of the project.

This sanitation room entailed Arcoplast wall liners, Arcoplast partition walls, Arcoplast doors, stainless steel trench drains, concrete curbs, sanitary coving and resinous flooring - all handled by ICS. The ceiling we installed in the brine tank room at Stockton Cheese is one of the most challenging projects we have done so far. The room measured 106' long x 25' wide.

We had the opportunity to be part of a major renovation in the Brewster Cheese facility. Arcoplast was chosen for 3 areas of the plant; the Make Room, the Fill Room and the UCM Room.
